Deleting your account is permanent. Choose whichever way is easiest:

In the EverTwo app or website

1. Sign in to EverTwo.
2. Open Profile & settings, then under Account choose Delete account.
3. Send the deletion request that opens in your email app.

1. Enter the email address on your account in the form.

By email

Email support@evertwodating.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my EverTwo account”.

scheduleWhat happens next

1. We check the request came from the email address on the account. If it didn’t, we’ll ask you to confirm from that address, so no one else can delete your account.
2. We delete your account within 30 days of confirming the request, and usually much sooner. You’re signed out on every device.
3. We email you when it’s done.

• Your profile: name, date of birth, gender, location, phone number, bio, and your answers about values, background and lifestyle.
• Your photos.
• Your partner preferences.
• Your likes, passes and matches. Other members will no longer see your profile.
• Your sign-in details: your email address and password, or the link to your Google sign-in.

inventory_2What we keep, and for how long

We keep a limited record only where we need it, and only for as long as necessary for that purpose:

• to stop a member who was banned for breaking our rules from signing up again;
• to handle a report, a safety investigation or a legal claim that involves the account;
• where the law requires it, for example payment records.

We delete these records once they’re no longer needed. See How long we keep it in our Privacy Policy.

tuneNot ready to delete everything?

• Take a break: deactivate your account in Profile & settings. Your profile is hidden and you’re signed out everywhere, but nothing is deleted. Sign in any time to come back.
• Delete some data: remove photos or clear profile details yourself in Edit profile, or email us to delete specific data while keeping your account.

Deleting your EverTwo account doesn’t delete your Google account. To also remove EverTwo’s access to it, visit your Google Account’s third-party connections and remove EverTwo.
