Terms of Service

EverTwo is a matchmaking service for people who are ready for a serious, lasting relationship, including marriage. Instead of endless browsing, we send you a small number of introductions each day, chosen by comparing your values, relationship goals and preferences with other members’.

How it works:

• Create a profilewith your photos, the values that guide your life and what you’re looking for.
• Receive introductions. For each one, you can like or pass.
• Match when you both like each other, then get to know each other through messages.
• Stay safe: members can report anyone who breaks these rules, and our team reviews every report.

These Terms are an agreement between you and EverTwo. By creating an account, you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use EverTwo.

To use EverTwo you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• be single, and not married or in a committed relationship;
• be legally able to agree to these Terms;
• not have been convicted of a violent or sexual offence;
• not have had an EverTwo account removed for breaking these Terms.

You may have only one account, and it’s for your personal use only.

• Everything in your profile must be true and current, and your photos must be recent photos of you, with your face clearly visible.
• You’re responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password private and never share the codes we email you. We’ll never ask for them.
• If you think someone else has accessed your account, reset your password straight away and email support@evertwodating.com.

We may ask you to verify your email address or identity before you can use some features. A verification badge means we checked an identity document; it isn’t a background check or an endorsement.

When using EverTwo, you must not:

• harass, threaten, insult or intimidate anyone, or keep contacting someone who has said no;
• ask another member for money, gifts or financial help for any reason, including airtime, travel, visas or emergencies;
• impersonate anyone, use someone else’s photos, or misrepresent your age, relationship status or intentions;
• post or send nudity, sexually explicit or violent content, or hate speech;
• discriminate against or abuse anyone because of their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender or sexual orientation;
• advertise, sell, recruit or promote anything, including other websites or services;
• use EverTwo for anything illegal;
• scrape, copy or collect other members’ information, use bots, or try to get around our security or moderation.

Photos should be modest and respectful: no swimwear or revealing clothing, no photos of children on their own, and nothing that includes other people’s personal details.

You keep ownership of your photos, profile text and messages. By posting them, you give EverTwo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and resize them for the purpose of running the service, for as long as your account is open. We won’t use your photos in advertising without asking you first.

You confirm that you have the right to share everything you post, and that it doesn’t break these Terms or anyone else’s rights.

You can report a member from their profile or your conversation. A person on our team reviews every report. We may also review profiles and photos to keep EverTwo safe.

If you break these Terms, or we reasonably believe you have, we may:

• remove content;
• limit features on your account;
• suspend your account, which signs you out on every device and stops you signing in;
• permanently close your account, and refuse a new one;
• report serious matters, such as threats or fraud, to the authorities.

We record the reason for every suspension. If you think we’ve made a mistake, email support@evertwodating.com from the address on your account and a different member of our team will review it.

We verify email addresses and review reports, but we don’t run criminal background checks, and we can’t guarantee that every member is who they say they are or will behave well. You’re responsible for your own interactions with other members.

• Get to know someone through EverTwo before sharing your phone number or address.
• Meet in a public place for the first few dates, and tell a friend where you’ll be.
• Arrange your own transport, and leave if you feel uncomfortable.
• Never send money to someone you’ve met here, however convincing the story.

If you’re in danger, contact your local authorities first, then tell us so we can preserve the conversation record. More advice is in our safety centre.

You can join EverTwo, build your profile, receive a limited number of introductions each day, match and send messages for free.

Premium, a paid membership with extra features such as seeing who has liked you and unlimited introductions, isn’t on sale yet. Before it is, we’ll add its pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms here, and you’ll see the full price before you pay. Nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.

EverTwo helps you meet compatible people, but we can’t promise any number of matches, or that you’ll find a partner.

You can hide your profile (deactivate) or delete your account at any time by emailing support@evertwodating.com from the address on your account. Deleting your account removes your profile and photos as described in our Privacy Policy. Messages you’ve already sent may remain visible to the people you sent them to.

We may close your account under section 6, or if we stop providing EverTwo, in which case we’ll give you reasonable notice.

We work hard to keep EverTwo available, secure and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, EverTwo isn’t liable for the conduct of any member, on or off the service, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.

We may update these Terms as EverTwo grows, for example when Premium launches. We’ll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using EverTwo afterwards, the new Terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. If a dispute arises, please email us first; most problems can be solved quickly. If we can’t resolve it, the courts of the Republic of Malawi will decide, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
